Ingredients: 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken, shredded 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation Set the oven temperature to the one specified on the bag of biscuit mix.
Melted butter, shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth should all be layered in a baking dish. (Mini versions in ramekins also work well)
Make the biscuit topping in a another bowl as directed by the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix package.
Cover the entire chicken pot pie filling with the biscuit batter.
Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for the amount of time recommended, or until the mixture is bubbling and the biscuit topping is golden brown.
